Sometimes, being part of the LGBTQ+ community can be a very lonely existence, and we are not all ‘out and proud’ or lucky enough to feel part of a wider LGBTQ+ family. You may be experiencing isolation, shame, or perhaps you have faced rejection from your family or friends. As a gay man myself, I understand often complex issues and emotions of everyday life, and can offer you a warm, welcoming space to explore your feelings in a safe environment. I offer person-centred counselling, with you in the driving seat and I journey alongside you, helping you to make sense of your problems.
