Are you living with the symptoms of emotional ‘trauma’, distressing memories and emotional triggers? Is this making life, work and relationships more difficult? Perhaps you experience flashbacks, intrusive thoughts, panic, phobias, anger? I integrate Internal Family Systems' therapy with EMDR trauma therapy to process intrusive symptoms, such as panic, anger, physical pain. I have worked as a clinical specialist in the NHS for over twenty years.
My name is Johnnie Taylor, i utilise Internal Family Systems’ (IFS) therapy. I am also an EMDR Association registered therapist. I have a 20-year background in NHS liaison psychiatry and in GP surgeries. I have completed the IFS Institute's IFS1 training. I integrate IFS and EMDR using tapping and meditation to process trauma and resolve internal problems.
