As a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, my approach is rooted in the belief that each person has potential and I offer a welcoming space, where we can explore areas of concern at a pace that suits you, paying attention to your needs and aspirations.
Building rapport and trust is an important element in my work and simply being heard and understood is the desired outcome for a lot of clients. My integrative training also means I can bring a range of tools and techniques for you to consider. Exploring the art of the possible and starting with small changes can have a big effect on your wellbeing.
