Hi, thanks for visiting my profile. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Bristol. You can see me either at my practice room in Clifton or on Zoom. I believe we all have the potential to live fulfilling, satisfying lives in connection with others and that even our most difficult experiences can still have meaning. For me, therapy is “the attempt to meet the depth of our wounds with an even greater depth of tenderness” (Dr Rick Hansen).
I seek to create a warm, trusting relationship with you that gives you space to explore and better understand yourself. I am an integrative relational psychotherapist. This means I draw from multiple different approaches to best meet you with what you feel you need. I am gay and have a particular interest in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
