I'm an Integrative Counsellor who has previously worked in general practice and domestic violence settings. I offer open-ended counselling using Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT techniques. I work in Brighton, Hove and online. I have a collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to your unique history and current situation.
I'm an experienced practitioner offering a relaxed and understanding therapeutic relationship, so don't hesitate to get in touch. Sessions are available Monday to Friday, 11am-7pm. Fees are charged on a small sliding scale of £60 to £70 depending on ability to pay, please enquire.
