Hi, I'm Joanna, therapist and counsellor. You may be seeking therapy for many different reasons, perhaps you are feeling low or anxious or struggling with confidence and self-esteem. I am a highly qualified BACP registered counsellor and therapist experienced in working for counselling services across London and in Private Practice. I believe that we each have the resources within us to flourish and thrive, but sometimes these resources can get blocked or affected by our experiences, impacting how we feel about ourselves.
My aim is to provide a space where together, we can empower you to work out what you need to live your life the way you want to, uncovering any blocks and freeing up your own inner resources, helping you to make the changes you wish and supporting you to live a more fulfilling life.
