Hi, my name is Joanna, and thanks for visiting my page. There are times in everyone’s life when we need help, not only with physical ailments, but also with our minds. You may be feeling confused, upset, angry or experiencing a loss of direction; therapy can help unpick all of this. You may be experiencing relationship issues and are not sure how to approach them, or just feel ‘stuck’. We can unknowingly carry traumatic experiences around with us, which can impact upon our mind, body and behaviours. I work at your pace, ensuring you will feel heard, comfortable and safe, and offer respect and unconditional acceptance.
I aim to help my clients work through difficult periods of their life, by exploring issues together in a non-judgmental, empathic and caring environment. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, stress, loss and bereavement, narcissism, abuse & cult exit issues to name but a few. I have experience in working with clients from all walks of life.
