I am experienced in helping clients that feel confused about their life’s direction, struggle making or maintaining relationships or feel their relationship has reached a ‘stuck’ point. Have negative thoughts and feelings about themselves and experience low self esteem feel depressed, anxious and have suicidal feelings.
My specialist interest is in how we communicate with other people and with ourselves. When we learn about ourselves how we communicate with the world can change dramatically, whether that be in relationships, family dynamics and work relationships.
