| Polski Hello and welcome to my page. I am a qualified accredited Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council. I am compliant with the BPC ethical guidelines, I have regular clinical supervision and undertake regular professional development. Over the years I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, struggling with various pasts, challenges and issues. I work in private practice and offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space to explore the difficulties that you may be experiencing. I provide individual sessions to adults in short and long-term therapy.
Together, we will discover how your unique life experiences have shaped you and what patterns you have established based on those experiences. We will look at how all this relates to your present challenges. I will help you to know yourself better, to understand and perhaps change those deeply rooted motivations behind your decisions and choices.
There are so many different reasons why people seek psychotherapy or counselling. Asking for help is not easy but it is an ideal first step. Life can be difficult at times and I am here to listen and support you.
