If you are struggling with mental health difficulties, problems in relationships and/or difficulties coping with your past then I am here to help. I am a consultant Psychologist and I am passionate about supporting people to reduce their emotional distress. I understand that therapy can be daunting and will work with you to deliver therapy in a way that suits you and at your pace. I am experienced in a range of issues you may be facing including depression, anxiety, disassociation and symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
I will work to understand what is troubling you and how your life experiences have shaped who you are. I use a mix of therapeutic styles to suit your needs. I am trained in trauma-specific interventions and other interventions to help you cope with intense emotions and difficulties in how you view your self and others.
