At certain points in our biography it becomes increasingly hard to navigate our way through the stresses of everyday life - whether it be relationships, work, bereavement or trauma. At these times, anxiety and stress makes it hard to make sense or understand what is happening - hard to know what the questions are let alone the answers! A safe space where you can be really listened to and heard without judgement, will help you navigate your way through the challenges and open up new ways of looking at what is happening. A space of healing where you can be more of the real you and more in charge of the direction your life is taking.
I offer a space that is compassionate, safe and non-judgemental -a space where you will be listened to and supported in finding your own way through the challenges life is bringing. I specialise in grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues to both adults and teenagers. I also offer brainspotting for those that wish to try this therapy.
It can be hard to take that first step and get in touch. I understand that and will respond quickly and warmly transforming the unknown to the known .
