My name is Jo and I am a BACP accredited therapist and supervisor with over 11 years experience in practice. Using a blend of Person Centred and Solution Focused therapy I can offer short term solution focused therapy (6-8 sessions) and longer term if there are perhaps multiple issues to address. I came into counselling following a difficult period in my own life and felt that I wanted to give something back by helping others who may find themselves struggling in life.
My approach to therapy is to offer you a safe, genuine & confidential space to explore your difficulties, without judgement. I have worked with a wide range of issues and across all ages from adults and younger adults. I can offer Face 2 Face or remote telephone/video sessions. I also use Equine Assisted Therapy with my miniature ponies where appropriate.
