Loss comes in many forms in our lives, bereavements, job loss, redundancy, divorce, separations, illness, pet and so on. I specialize in working with loss and have a great understanding the emotions and feelings experienced after a loss. I also have considerable experience working with Trauma, in particular traumatic bereavement.
I provide a non-judgemental and empathetic space for you to grow and understand more about about yourself and also to cope with those challenges that everyday life can bring. I am located, a few miles out of Dover on a main bus/train route.
