I help clients with their struggles, whatever they may be. I help them realise their own potential and make the changes they need to grow. I believe the relationship between the client and myself is THE most important thing in the therapy room. I hope I always provide a non-judgemental and safe environment in order for clients to sit and be their true selves.
I work in a Person Centred way , offering the client the opportunity to look at themselves and their past in order to be able to understand how this may impact how they may behave , think or feel in the present.
I work from a lovely purpose built therapy room in Bilton, just outside of Hull. Come and sit with me , we’ll light the log burner, I'll even make you a cuppa and we'll talk about everything and anything you want to share. We'll work it out together.
