Hello & welcome, my name is Jo. Whether you are undecided about embarking on your therapeutic journey or are aware of the challenges that you would like to explore, finding the right counsellor for you is an essential part of the process. There are times when life can be challenging, you may be experiencing difficulties within relationships, suffering from feelings of depression, anxiety or hopelessness. I offer a confidential space for you to explore the challenges you are facing & can work with you to enable healing & help you manage the difficulties you are experiencing.

I am trained in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy which enables me to tailor each session uniquely to your needs. I work in a relational way that considers historical influences on your behaviour & thinking, addresses present circumstances & explores new ways of being that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I feel passionately about having the privilege of hearing another persons story and offering a service that provides an empathic, non-judgmental, safe space. Together, we have the opportunity to explore personal difficulties in a confidential and supportive environment. Greater self-awareness enables enlightenment, healing and personal growth.
