Hello and thank-you for viewing my profile. Are you feeling anxious, sad, depressed or frustrated with life? Are you struggling with marital difficulties, relational conflicts or stresses at work? I am here to listen, to journey with you through your difficulties; by offering a safe, trusting and confidential space to share your thoughts and feelings; to help you understand your difficulties, how to cope and manage life better.
I offer face to face, telephone and Online counselling to young people and adults. I work with a range of clients including church ministers/missionaries, and those who are going through cross-cultural adjustment and re-entry issues. Currently, I am also an Associate Counsellor with Nuffield Health. I offer counselling in English and Mandarin.
