Are you fed up of waking up in the morning with a feeling of dread, a churning in your stomach or a tightness in your chest? I am a qualified person-centred therapeutic counsellor based in Norwich City Centre, Norfolk. If you are feeling confused and overwhelmed, I will support you to make sense of what you are experiencing and how you are feeling. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma and grief.
One of the most important elements is the professional therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. I offer a confidential space where you will be listened to and not be judged. Life can be tough at times and working it through together can lead you to having greater confidence and increased self esteem.
