I can offer you a safe place in which to explore these difficult thoughts and feelings, empowering you to respond to yourself and others in a healthy way.
As a qualified and experienced therapist, I work psychodynamically; aiming to understand the motivation behind certain patterns of behaviour whilst at the same time recognising how relationships with ourself and others influence our thoughts and feelings. I work with adults and young people, and my approach is warm and open.
