HI I'm Jim. I work with clients with various mental health issues, but especially those involving anxiety and depression. Therapy is a very individual process - what works for others may not be right for you. I work mainly in a mix of Person Centred, Compassion Focused and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, striving to understand your situation and working with you to reduce distress and increase life satisfaction.
