I am comfortable working with adults and children. I have experience working with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, PTSD, relationship issues, child-parent conflict, bereavement and pet bereavement. I am a qualified counsellor trained in Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Short Term Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also a trained mediator.
It can be daunting to know when or where to seek help, but by being here, you have made the first step to enter counselling. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, empathic space for you to discuss whatever you feel you need to, at a pace that suits you, and with total confidentiality. You will see yourself more clearly and manage yourself more effectively.
