Hi, I'm Jessie, an experienced counsellor and supervisor-in-training, working with a range of client issues and concerns. I am additionally qualified in working with adults with ADHD and in CBT for ADHD, and work frequently to support individuals (or their partners), providing a safe place to process the additional challenges that life with ADHD can present. I also work with common co-occurring struggles, including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma and rejection sensitive dysphoria.
Other areas of experience are in working with stress, relationship challenges, spirituality, emotional abuse and neglect (whether with neurodivergent or neurotypical individuals) and I am also able to offer clinical supervision to other counsellors to support them in their work - I'm currently working towards certification at this time.
