I am also qualified in CBT and use EFT (Emotional Freedom)alongside other techniques in order to holistically support you, the client on your journey to move towards improved emotional well-being.
I provide a non-judgemental, calm and safe environment where you can feel able to explore what is going on for you. I work with clients as individuals and support you to find what works best for you, whilst gaining a greater level of self-awareness. This can help to support through difficult times in your life or process and heal from past events.
