If recurrent difficulties are affecting life, therapy is a space to explore and understand your self and your own responses, and to resolve past difficulties to enable you to live life more fully. I am at the very end of my MA training, and am interested in all my clients and their individual stories. I have particular interests in childhood trauma, abuse, anxiety, those with ADHD, or neuro divergent diagnosis, mid-life identity crisis and relationship breakdowns, and those with clinical diagnosis such as Bi-Polar, PTSD and CPTSD,
With five years experience working from my own room in central Bath, offering medium to long term therapy. My training is humanistic and integrative but the relationship we build is the founding factor on the success of the therapy. I am a very late stage trainee, a few months off qualifying, so can offer a discounted rate of £45
It is important that you feel comfortable and safe with me, I offer an initial session so that you can decide if I am the right therapist for you before we commit to working together, if you are considering therapy, do get in touch - the first step is the hardest.
