Hi, my name is Jess. Thank you for visiting my site today. In sessions with me you will be offered careful listening, and a willingness to join you where ever you are now. From me you will receive warmth and insight, both in terms of the training I have received, and from my own life experience. The work will progress at your pace, and I will be right there with you. Over the course of our sessions, you can learn to cope with your feelings, set appropriate boundaries, and experience a growing resilience.

I am a Senior Trainee Psychotherapist at BCPC (Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling). The course is accredited by the UKCP and the MA is validated by Middlesex University. I am fully insured and a trainee member of UKCP, and I work with clients who are over 18.

In my previous career I worked as a Registered Nurse within the NHS for 18 years and through this I have witnessed how intrinsically linked physical and mental health are. My base has been in the UK for my entire adult life, but I have also experienced living in another country as I spent most of my childhood living in Vermont.
