At any point in our lives we can find ourselves overwhelmed and at a loss to know what to do to. We may experience a degree of distress that impacts on how we would like to live our life. I work from a peaceful, rural setting with lovely views, within a short distance of Worcester and with good access to the M5, J6 and 7. I hold a Masters in Art Psychotherapy and can provide this alongside counselling or EMDR or using a blended approach according to your needs. I have over 15 years experience of providing therapy.
Some people come to creative therapy because it is difficult to find words that adequately describe their experiences. For some people it's a sense of things just not feeling right; in this case creative therapy can help bring meaning and satisfaction into their life.
