I trained as a CBT therapist so that I can support children, young people and adults with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Things I can help with include; depression, anxiety, anger, bereavement, low self esteem, panic attacks, recovery from domestic abuse and other traumatic experiences including PTSD.
