Welcome. I am currently offering therapy face-to-face and via phone or video link to young people 11+. individuals and couples. Supervision for individuals and groups available on request. Discounts available for students. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where I work with individuals to achieve lasting personal change. I use a targeted approach to set appropriate goals for your therapy, and importantly this helps to signal when the therapy is over. This saves you time and money, as well as helping you feel better faster.
You might want to focus on specific problems, or you may have a sense that things are ‘not quite right’. Perhaps you are feeling dissatisfied at work, finding relationships difficult or feel that you are not reaching your full potential. I use a combination of techniques to find collaborative ways of working to improve your situation one step at a time.
We’ll work together creatively to find a positive focus to help you explore and find a way forwards. Everything that we discuss is confidential. In very few extreme circumstances, it might be necessary for me to pass on information without your consent. This would only be if there were a possibility of serious harm or if I were legally impelled.
