If you want a safe place to talk and be heard, a weekly session of counselling with me may help you. Together, we can help you to improve your mental health, find personal healing, develop your ability to cope with challenges, or simply to further your personal development. I provide a confidential space in which we can explore your current circumstances, relational challenges and painful past experiences. The aim of the work will be chosen by you and supported by me with warmth and empathy.

Whatever you're facing I'll offer you empathy, honesty and plenty of space to talk. I listen and ask various questions to help us both find what seems most important to you. I will also pay particular attention where you seem to be in conflict within yourself to help you find a route through to clarity and peace.

I always welcome hearing from new clients and I'm aware that reaching out to a counsellor can be a nerve-wracking experience. Please know that we'll start with a free friendly phone call to work out whether I'm the best fit for you. If we both decide to go forward I'll invite you to my cosy fire-side counselling room, where a comfy sofa awaits.
