My counselling services are designed to help you overcome personal challenges and achieve your goals. I provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain insights into your behaviour, and develop strategies for positive change. My primary way of working is person centred which means the sessions are lead by you and you decide what you want to bring. I use other models such as psycho-dynamic, which focus on your past and family dynamics. I also use the solution focussed model which is outcome based.
I can provide a safe space for you to unpick intrusive thoughts, understand feelings and behaviours and identify hopes and dreams for the future This can help with anxiety and depression, trauma, toxic behaviours and building healthy relationships, identifying goals and building resilience.
On our initial assessment session we will discuss the therapeutic model of counselling, how I work and what you think will be the best way of working for you. We will discuss what it is you want to get out of the sessions or what you want to achieve.
