As an integrative therapist I adapt to the needs of my client. I offer a skilled understanding from several listening and creative perspectives. Sometimes, a blended approach using music or art can go beyond conversation and help provide emotional expression where words may fail or are too difficult to communicate.
I offer short and long-term, open-ended therapy for young people and adults in person or online. My private practice is in Stoke Row village (6 miles from Henley on Thames or 8 miles from Reading).
