Hello. I offer in-person counselling to children/young people up to the age of 19 and on-line executive function coaching to young people and adults with ADHD and ASD. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, depending on age, situation, developmental needs, and what you are drawn to. My areas of speciality include: anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, low self-esteem, working with ADHD and ASD, coaching, school and family-related issues. I aim to work collaboratively, with compassion, and, in all cases, I am led by my clients’ needs and wishes enabling a welcoming environment of trust.
I am an Integrative Child Counsellor and mindfulness teacher and have worked in the field of mental health for over a decade. I have experience of working with children and young people (CYP) of all ages (4-19), both in a school setting and in private practice. I offer a relaxed and creative space for young people experiencing difficulties.
Seeking counselling for a young person and finding the right therapist can feel daunting. I understand this, and like to work alongside families and see us as a team, . The therapeutic relationship is based on trust and I aim to provide and open, non-judgemental space where young people can develop positive relationship with themselves and others.
