I am an experienced and accredited CBT therapist with many years experience in the field of mental health. As well as this, I am an experienced and accredited psychosexual psychotherapist and can offer support for difficulties relating to sex and relationships. I can work with people who want to make positive changes in their life and want to understand why they are finding certain things difficult.
I specialise in offering a clear understanding of anxiety and mood disorders. I am very passionate about providing education around difficulties that people experience and placing these into a realistic context. I believe understanding how we function as people, and what is expected behaviour, is crucial for longer term benefits.
The importance of a good therapeutic relationship is paramount to my practice and I offer an open and non judgmental environment to talk about how you are currently feeling.
