First session is used to explore what counselling is like in more depth. This enables me to understand your wants and needs for us to move forward together.
I work predominantly in an eclectic fashion. Tailoring the therapy to the needs of the individual. No two people are the same and their therapeutic journey and relationship with myself is no exception. I work with all ages and genders. My specialism is anxiety, stress and depression. I have experience working with a variety of presenting issues.
