Do you feel as if you have lost a sense of who you are, what it means to be you? Maybe life’s responsibilities have meant your needs have always come second or you have always had a particular role that limits you in freely expressing your own needs. Maybe relationships or circumstances in your life have dominated your choices, and external judgement and expectations tend to shape and influence your life more than you’d like. Or perhaps a life event has led you to re-evaluate and reassess what feels important. It can be confusing and disempowering to feel so disconnected from the things in life that make you feel like you.
I work in a person-centred way – I offer a safe, accepting and welcoming place where you can start to reconnect with what it means and feels like to really and fully be you. My aim is to deeply understand you from your perspective and, in this way, work with you to find more clarity about your experiences and think about how you want to move forward.
I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, either in-person or via online video conferencing (Zoom). You can make an initial 30-minute online appointment (free of charge) to say hello, ask any questions you may have and get a sense of whether we would make a good fit and work together in a way that is helpful for you.
