Do you feel like your life has aspects to it that are holding you back from enjoying it more fully? Do you worry that you may be experiencing depression and are unsure about seeking help? Does uncertainty fill you with fear and make you feel anxious or worry a lot about something specific or different things? Do you perhaps feel stuck in a rut because something happened and you just can’t move on from it? Are you an over-thinker or have intrusive thoughts or perhaps experience panic? Do you find yourself getting easily angered or irritated or have habits that are unhelpful or self-sabotaging? I have success in helping with these.
I am an integrative CBT Therapist, and have successfully treated a wide variety of conditions and disorders. I have children who have flown the nest and experienced the difficulties of juggling a corporate job at a high level whilst being a mum, therefore I understand these difficulties and can bring life experience to enhance my counselling skillset.
I chose to study psychology because of a genuine desire to learn more about the meaning of life. I use this deep-rooted, scientific foundation to help in my counselling practice.
