Hello my name is Jayne, I am an experienced counsellor since 2007, live and work around the Plymouth area, i offer face-to-face counselling at my private practice and would consider home visits and offer telephone calls and zoom. As a private practioner my experience has given me the opportunity to work with a diverse range of issues, what i can offer is a safe space and a listening ear for you to come and explore any personal experienced issues/problems that may be effecting you at this time in a relaxed confidential manner. My background is working in a care sector with acute/mental health and autism with children and adults for.
Clients come to counselling for many reasons and talking with someone unconnected with your situation can often be very helpful in gaining insight to the issues that are currently causing you concern. my back ground of working in therapy is with acute/mental health , autism, domestic abuse and children.
