I am an MBACP registered Humanistic/Gestalt/Integrative therapist for individuals. At the core of my philosophy is my belief in personal empowerment. I emphasis the importance of clients finding their voice and autonomy, advocating that therapy is not just a path to wellness but a valuable commitment to oneself.
I have a great deal of experience with drug and alcohol issues, for people suffering directly or family and friends. I have also been through cancer so know what illness can do to a person. My experience allows me to work together with a vast range of personal issues.
