As a therapist, I offer a non-judgemental and friendly space for you to talk about the things that can be tricky to think about alone, or share with loved ones. I will work with you to explore whatever difficult experiences or feelings you are struggling with. My goal is to help clients find more joy and peace by creating space for understanding, acceptance and change.
I’m trained as an integrative therapist, which is a fancy way of saying that I draw on different theories and skills based on your wants and needs. No matter what you are struggling with, I will offer compassion and space for us to explore it together. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach and prefer to work uniquely with each client.
