I offer counselling and psychotherapy from a contemporary perspective which means I draw on the most effective methods from different psychotherapies as determined by the needs of the client.
I aim to help you feel comfortable so that you are able to discuss whatever is bothering you and we then work together in a solution focused way to help you move forward and progress. I currently see private clients in my home based therapy room midway between Chichester and Bognor Regis.
