I am an experienced Adult, Child & Family Psychotherapist, Coach & Mentor. I help individuals, parents, teachers & practitioners, who are passionate about creating positive and impactful relationships for themselves & the children in their care. I help adults reset their inner valuing system: their perceptions, beliefs, thoughts, emotions & values about themselves, others and the world, to ensure that they are not unconsciously & negatively impacting on their capacity to build resilience & fulfil their potential. Generational trauma & negative conditioning can be very subtle & YOU are your own and your child's greatest resource.
