Hi, my name is Janice Shilling and I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Psychotherapist. I specialize in Eating Disorders and provide CBT-E for young people and adults with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder. I work within the NHS and provide CBT-E for eating disorders privately. I have worked with clients who have eating disorders and mental health disorders for over 7 years.

I offer initial assessments with clients and collaboratively formulate a bespoke treatment plan for the individual.
