We are all unique and walk our own paths through the beauty and difficulties of life. We all see and experience things through a unique lens and all emotions within that are important and valid. I welcome all emotions and will hold space for you to explore them safely. It is brave to look inwards and I feel passionately about providing a safe, empathetic space for you to do so.
I counsel from a Person - Centered Therapy approach, with empathy at its core. I am an integrative practitioner, drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt Therapy, using body scans, mindfulness and creative activities as therapeutic tools to aid wellness and reduce stress, and when these feel comfortable and relevant to you.
I value each persons uniqueness and encourage all differences. I offer a warm, non-judgmental and honest space. It takes time to trust and lean into the deeper parts of us, so the pace, duration and focus is led by you. I counsel adults and teenagers from 13+ and am dedicated to nurturing self-worth, self-compassion and resilience.
