Hello, I'm Jane, Life can feel really difficult at times and choosing a counsellor or therapist can be a big step. I offer warmth, empathy and compassion whilst helping support you to manage whatever problems you might be facing. I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor (MBACP) based in Buckinghamshire. I offer counselling to young people and adults in a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
I offer person centred counselling which means I encourage you to talk about any issues or problems. I offer a safe space in which anything at all can be expressed or thought without fear of judgment. I have experience working in a broad range of areas including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, panic attacks, OCD, bereavement and relationship issues.
I think it is important that you work with the right counsellor for you. The relationship between counsellor and client is really important.
