My name is Jana and I am an experienced, supportive and compassionate Counselling Psychologist offering online therapy to adults who experience a variety of challenges. I focus on helping you to learn how to deal with your difficulties, develop skills and mental resilience to respond more flexibly to your struggles as well as to everyday life. My aim is to create an accepting, respectful and non-judgmental atmosphere, where you feel supported to explore who you are and what truly matters to you.

I tailor the therapy according to the individual needs of each client and follow the latest research evidence. My approach is collaborative and practical.
On a personal note I have travelled frequently throughout my life and also relocated several times to different countries. This experience enhanced my appreciation for individual and cultural diversity. It also gave rise to my specific interest in challenges with important life events, relocation, work issues, stress, low mood and anxiety related issues.
