Welcome, my name is Jamie and I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor. I understand how overwhelming seeking counselling can be and recognise how much of a big step it takes to contact someone like myself to talk about your personal difficulties. I am experienced working with adults and young persons over the age of 16, and my training being person-centred, I focus on respecting your unique experience and supporting you to find your sense of agency and self belief.
I offer a space for you to talk and feel heard, in an unconditional, compassionate way. I strongly believe we are all the experts of ourselves and I will encourage you find your expert through discovering your inner resources. I provide a warm, empathic and confidential space, where you can explore your personal difficulties and develop greater awareness.
