I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience of helping people with a wide range of emotional, psycholological and physical difficulties. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches depending on the individual needs of each client. These include the humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches and EMDR. I am passionate about working with people and helping them to make sense of their difficulties. I am open, honest, attentive and consistent.
