I specialise in working with domestic abuse and sexual trauma, both recent and historic, including childhood sexual abuse. I also have experience in a range of other areas including depression and anxiety, self-harm, relationship difficulties and emotional regulation. Therapy can also support less specific concerns such as general low mood or lack of motivation, and be used to compliment a pro-active attitude towards greater wellbeing and self-care.
I use an integrative approach which brings together skills from a range of modalities to support you in exploring your issues, feeling validated and supported and developing skills to help manage these more effectively.
