Hello, I'm James, a chartered and HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, EMDR Therapist, and RAPPS registered clinical supervisor. I offer specialist assessment and treatment for people with persisting anxiety based problems, trauma, PTSD and complex PTSD, including people diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorders (FND) and non-epileptic seizures.
Treatment often involves understanding the deeper roots of the difficulty and I commonly integrate techniques from different therapy approaches to tailor treatment to the individual client. The main aim of therapy is to help you to more fully understand yourself and improve your emotional and mental health.
As a practice, we accept referrals from adults aged 18 and over who are ordinarily resident in the UK and registered with a GP. Our referral process is fully online and a consultation can be arranged through our website.
