I am an experienced practitioner with specialisms in brief and medium term work for a variety of problems. If you are feeling low or anxious, struggling with your self-image and your place in the world and you aren't quite sure why things are going wrong for you then I may be able to help. I offer a warm, professional service where I do the best to meet the client as an individual and help them to find their own unique path to a better life. Please note: due to a change in circumstances I am not in a position to offer open ended work at present.
I can work in a variety of styles; sometimes more open-ended and exploratory with an emphasis upon helping the person to understand and accept themselves; I am equally comfortable helping someone to make a highly focused change or to cope better with an immediate difficulty in time-limited work.
I understand that taking the first steps to seeking help can be nervous ones and my job is to put you at ease, give you confidence in the work and help you to make the best decision about the way forward that works for you. I offer a light, airy and inviting clinical space in Moseley and i'm happy to offer an initial brief consultation for free upon request
