I am a highly experienced CBT therapist with further specialisms in EMDR and Interpersonal psychotherapy. I’ve over 11 years of experience within NHS psychology services and part of my current role is in a specialist trauma team. I am passionate about helping people reduce their distress and equally recognise their strengths.
My style is to work collaboratively, creating a warm, non-judgemental space where we can think together to notice and change the stuck patterns in your life.
